What’s in Store?
30th December – Arrival & Feast
Rock up from 3 pm, shake off the journey with a welcome fizz, and settle in. Then, it’s straight into a three-course seasonal feast to set the tone for a cracking few days ahead.
31st December – New Year’s Eve Extravaganza
Start with a hearty Yan breakfast, then head out for a fell adventure (or just claim a corner in the Bistro with a coffee and cake—no judgment here). Need a tactical nap? We highly recommend it.
Then, the main event: our spectacular seven-course tasting menu. Expect plates packed with flavour, expertly paired wines (if you fancy), and an atmosphere buzzing with excitement. At midnight, head outside to watch Grasmere’s fireworks light up the fells, fizz in hand. Magic.
1st January – New Year’s Day Reset
No better way to start 2026 than with a Yan breakfast, fresh air, and possibly a Bloody Mary (we won’t tell). Whether you hit the hills or take it slow, the day’s all yours—until dinner, that is. Another three-course seasonal feast awaits.
2nd January – One Last Breakfast
A final feast before you wave goodbye—fuel up, reflect on the good times, and set off into the new year feeling refreshed, full, and already planning your next stay.
